Our company takes pride in living the Family Philosophy. Being hired with our company means becoming part of the family. To show our appreciation to our Taco Bell family members we implement a variety of activities such as Team Treats Day every second Friday of the month for our crew members, a quarterly VOC award, and various other awards ending with a Christmas party at each site. Our managers are awarded a variety of recognition awards including tickets to ball games with their families and yearly family trips. We end the year with the Family Christmas Party sponsored by Chase's Diner and we start the year with a formal dinner honoring the achievements of the past year. We get the best feedback when we celebrate birthdays at the sites. Everybody takes part - the crew and the customers. It's great fun and it's a small way to show that we value our people as individuals and we appreciate their contributions.
